Repro Steps:

  1. Create a container app environment/container app.
  2. Check whether there is a "Click to view resource" in Activity Log window.

Expect:
There is a "Click to view resource" in Activity Log window.

Actual:
There is no "Click to view resource" in Activity Log window.
