Build Version: 20220615.1
Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

  1. Sign in with Azure China account.
  2. Expand the subscription node in "Container Apps" view.
  3. Check whether there is no error in subscription node of "Container Apps".

Expect:
There is no error in subscription node of "Container Apps".

Actual:
There is an error in subscription node of "Container Apps".
