Repro Steps:
- Sign in with Azure China account.
- Expand the subscription node in "Container Apps" view.
- Check whether there is no error in subscription node of "Container Apps".
Expect:
There is no error in subscription node of "Container Apps".
Actual:
There is an error in subscription node of "Container Apps".
