Description

This seems to be fixable by setting

tab key: "Tab", when: "editorTextFocus && !editorReadonly && !editorTabMovesFocus"
Indent Line key: "Tab", when: "editorTextFocus && !editorReadonly && !editorTabMovesFocus && editorHasSelection"

But that disables the indent line key.
