Description

We need to replace this:

https://github.com/Microsoft/vs-threading/blob/52793886df39af293dcb33a45a326bc5e873ff13/src/Microsoft.VisualStudio.Threading.Analyzers/CommonInterest.cs#L40-L44

With an AdditionalFiles, including a change to actually provide that same data in the vssdk-analyzers.

Research direction

Start with the CommonInterest.cs lines linked in the issue to understand the existing SyncBlockingMethods collection. Then inspect how AdditionalFiles are supplied to the analyzers and how the vssdk-analyzers currently provide this data. Done means the collection is data-driven and the same data is available in vssdk-analyzers.
