Research direction

Start by locating the VSTHRD010 analyzer and the VsTaskLibraryHelper.StartOnIdle API in the repository. Trace how delegates passed to StartOnIdle are analyzed and review existing analyzer tests. Done means the analyzer recognizes these delegates as running on the main thread without regressing other VSTHRD010 diagnostics.
