### Additional context

I compiled qt5-webengine in May 2025 without problem.

Start with ports/qt5-webengine/portfile.cmake and the Qt WebEngine configuration output, focusing on why Python is not detected and why webenginecore, webengine, webenginewidgets, pdf, and pdfwidgets are skipped. Reproduce the x64-windows build and compare the configuration with the successful May 2025 build if available. Done means the expected Qt WebEngine modules are built and installed instead of only the copyright file.
