Description
In #82, Nick writes:
We can discuss more in a follow up PR, but I don't want each consumer of cxplat to be required to have platforms specific logic to change the include path. They should include one path, and just #include <cxplat_platform.h> and be good to go.

Start by reading issue #82 and locating cxplat_platform.h along with the platform-specific include paths referenced there. Done means consumers can include one cxplat_platform.h path without adding their own platform-specific include logic.
