Description
Bundling issue that copilot didn't do well
- changelog:
- should make a distinct one if the package have different changes
- use wrong change kind(feat)
- hotfix ,not creating the correct branch name
- out of sync release not creating the correct branch name
- Writing test
- still use tester v1
- still use top level describe
