http-client-java publish pipeline constantly failing

This just make the ci check on the main branch look like something fail at all time.

Seems like the error is just that the npm package is already published. Would be good to ignore that as I assume its by design or check before publishing if that version already exists or using some other tool that just does that automatically like pnpm
