Can scaffolding create .http files?

### Clear and concise description of the problem

The scaffolding knows the REST endpoints. It would seem a simple feature to create the .http files so testing is more immediate. Or is there a different endpoint testing mechanism scaffolding is providing?

Would this be another emitter?
