[VS Code Extension] add changelog and other entries to marketplace page

Currently, in the marketplace page, under Resources, we listed "Issue" "repository" "homepage" "license", can we add "[Changelog](https://github.com/microsoft/typespec/blob/main/packages/typespec-vscode/CHANGELOG.md)", and "[Forum](https://github.com/microsoft/typespec/discussions)" for feedback and support? Or "Support", similar to [Python vscode extension](https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-python/blob/main/SUPPORT.md), providing information of how to file an issue or raise a topic in the forum.
