Description

### Clear and concise description of the problem

When generating `pom.xml`, dependencies like `azure-core`, `azure-core-http-netty`, `io.clientcore:core` and similar packages have fixed dependency versions today. The generator should pull the latest available version for these libraries from Maven Central and generate the pom with those versions.
