Survey Integration for TypeSpec vscode extension.

### Clear and concise description of the problem

We are committed to continuously improving the user experience and functionality of the TypeSpec extension for vscode. To achieve this, it is important to gather feedback from users for their experiences, preferences, and any issues they may encounter while using TypeSpec extension.

Proposed Solution:

To address this I suggest integrating a survey into the TypeSpec extension. This is quite common in many existing extensions.

The survey will allow users to provide feedback on their experience with the extension as well as to the TypeSpec. We need to design the survey to be concise and user-friendly, and ensure that it does not disrupt the user's workflow.
