[Bug]: http: Missing HTTP verbs

### Describe the bug

The decorators for HTTP endpoints are missing three verbs according to [RFC9110 9.3](https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9110#name-method-definitions);

- CONNECT
- OPTIONS
- TRACE
