Description
CI of http-client-python will run pylint/mypy/pyright check for generated code in Windows and Linux environemnt, now only Windows fail:
https://github.com/microsoft/typespec/pull/4648/checks?check_run_id=31310793516. According to log, it seems related with eng system instead of source code:
