Description
Please support triple slashes
Triple slash documentation is much cleaner in my opinion.
E.g. Dart also supports it: https://www.dartlang.org/guides/language/effective-dart/documentation#do-use--doc-comments-to-document-members-and-types

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points, so begin by locating the parser and specification areas responsible for TypeScript doc comments. Clarify the intended triple-slash syntax and scope before implementation; done should include documented support for the syntax and coverage demonstrating it is recognized correctly.
