### Steps to reproduce

Copy paste below text into Terminal:

echo "அறிவாண் முனையம்-க்கு வரவேற்கிறோம்! எதையும் கேளுங்கள், கட்டளைகளுக்கு உதவுகிறோம்."

Note that the text displayed in Terminal is overlapping, both in command and output.

Both command prompt and the powershell profile shows same issue.

The text should not overlap.

Both command prompt and the powershell profile shows same issue.
