### Actual Behavior
When the 'Launch size' and 'Launch parameters' controls are collapsed, Voice Access does not display a number for these controls.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in Windows Terminal Preview by opening Settings > Startup with Voice Access enabled, then inspect how the collapsed “Launch size” and “Launch parameters” controls expose their accessibility information. Done means Voice Access displays a unique number for both controls and allows them to be identified and interacted with.
