Test Environment:
OS Version: Windows 11 version 26H1 (OS Build 28120.2738)
App Name: Windows Terminal Preview
Screen Reader: Narrator
Steps to reproduce
Pre-requisites for applying reflow:
Change the display resolution to '1280 x 1024', set scaling to '100%'.
Open the application & resize it to minimum.
Turn on Magnifier at 400% zoom & verify whether we are able to view content in one dimension of '320 px' view port or not.
Repro Steps:
- Launch the 'Windows Terminal' application.
- Login with valid credentials, if required.
- Press 'Ctrl + Shift + P' keys.
- The 'Command Palette' will open.
- Observe the 'Command Palette' text and its keyboard shortcut information.
User Experience:
Users who require reflow may be unable to read the complete 'Command Palette' text or its keyboard shortcut, making it difficult to identify and use the available command.

Expected Behavior
The 'Command Palette' text and its keyboard shortcut should be fully visible and readable after applying the reflow settings. Content should reflow within the available space without truncation or loss of information.
Actual Behavior
After applying the reflow settings, the 'Command Palette' text and its keyboard shortcut are truncated and not fully visible.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in Windows Terminal Preview using the stated 1280 x 1024 resolution, 100% scaling, minimum window size, and 400% Magnifier zoom. Start by locating the Command Palette UI and its keyboard shortcut presentation, then verify that both remain fully readable within the available space. Done means the text and shortcut are no longer truncated under the reported reflow conditions.
