App: Windows Terminal Preview

### Steps to reproduce
**Repro steps:**
1. Open the 'Windows Terminal' application.
2. Navigate to 'Settings' control and activate it.
3. 'Settings' page will open.
4. Now navigate to 'New Tab Menu' tab in left navigation pane and activate it.
5. 'New Tab Menu' page will open.
6. Expand or navigate to the 'Profile Matcher' section.
7. Don't enter any values in edit fields.
8. Activate the "Add profile matcher" button.
9. Observe the application behavior.
**User experience:**
Users are unable to configure profile matcher settings as intended. The unexpected application closure can result in interruption of workflow, loss of unsaved settings changes, and reduced confidence in the feature's reliability.

### Expected Behavior
Activating the "Add profile matcher" button should successfully add a new profile matcher entry and keep the application stable. The application should not crash, close, or terminate unexpectedly.
### Actual Behavior
Upon activating the "Add profile matcher" button, the Windows Terminal application closes unexpectedly without warning. The operation is not completed, and the user is exited from the application.

Research direction
Reproduce the crash in Windows Terminal Preview 1.25.1912.0 on Windows 11 build 28120.2760 by activating "Add profile matcher" with empty fields, then collect the failure details and locate the Profile Matcher settings implementation. Done means a new matcher entry is added and the application remains open without losing settings.
