Description

### Windows Terminal version

1.24.11911.0

### Windows build number

10.0.22631.6199

### Other Software

_No response_

### Steps to reproduce

Open a new terminal.
Press the menu button on the keyboard (to the right of spacebar) to show the context menu.
Move the mouse to the "Split" sub-panel to make that sub-menu show its children in the popup window.
Press Esc on the keyboard to close that sub-menu popup window, but still have the main context menu window visible.
Press the show/hide icon once to hide the context menu options.
Press the show/hide icon again to show the context menu options. When you do this last step, the terminal freezes for a second and then it crashes all tabs and all windows.
