Windows Terminal crashed with access violation when I exported the visible text to a file during a claude code session

### Steps to reproduce

I was developing together with claude code in a lengthy session.
Then I used the text export function from the context menu of the windows terminal tab header.

### Expected Behavior

A continued productive session with claude code.

### Actual Behavior

The text export file was written but then the terminal crashed and the window disappeared.
The windows events viewer showed the error code for an access violation.
