When Windows scaling is reduced to 116%, I see the following rendering artifacts in Windows Terminal, like this horizontal line under the tab, and the badly rendering maximize button.

1- Change Windows 11 scaling to 116%
2- Open Windows Terminal

### Expected Behavior

Correct graphics scaling handling like Wezterm.
