Terminal vs Explorer:
Explorer (and other apps, like Edge) use a secondary brush for an inactive tab vs the primary brush. That little change helps showing what tab is active (and we can get rid of the Bold fontweight and replace it with SemiBold) (see https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/20228))
