Disabling focus mode in quake window should persist when persisting window layout

Keeps getting marked as a duplciate when its not.
I was told a PR was welcome and then I was blocked from mention the PR exists on the issue.

And here is the PR wish is now 4 months old:

Please can we get this pain point addressed.
