Research direction

Reproduce the issue in Windows Terminal 1.24.2812.0 with a settings.json containing folders and subitems. Compare right-clicking a subitem in the V dropdown with right-clicking a top-level item, and consider the behavior fixed when the original menu remains visible while the Run As Administrator context menu is shown.
