Description
Description of the new feature
SSH profile generator currently doesn't seems to support includes so:
.ssh/config:
Include config.d/*
.ssh/config.d/:
config1
config2
config3
result in no profile being generated.
I do think it is a common was to structure profiles, especially when having many, would be nice for it to work in terminal.

Research direction
Start at the SSH profile generator entry point and trace how .ssh/config entries are discovered. Verify that an Include config.d/* entry produces profiles for config1, config2, and config3; no test file is named in the issue.
