Research direction
Reproduce the paste warning behavior in Windows Terminal on Windows 10 with PowerShell 7.5.2, using the expected and actual behavior described in the issue. No source file or test is named; done means disabling the warning preserves pasted commands without executing them until Enter is pressed.
