1. Press windows key, and open "Windows terminal"
2. Now open Powershell.
3. Click + to try to add a new tab
### Expected Behavior
1. The terminal open normally with the default startup tab.
2. After opening powershell, the terminal opens with powershell tab.
3. After adding a tab, the terminal opens a default tab.
### Actual Behavior
1. The terminal won't open.
2. Windows terminal open the terminal in a separate, non "window terminal" window and itself will crash if adding a tab
3. The terminal crashes, leaving only the powershell.
