### Steps to reproduce

1. open bash.exe use windows terminal
2. login into a linux server over ssh
3. cat a long file, some character is missing while specify number of bytes exceed, for easy to obverse, generate a file that duplicate same line, then cat it .

### Expected Behavior

all character display well.
