### Windows build number

### Other Software
neovim v0.10.4
### Steps to reproduce
1. open neovim
2. Install `snacks.nvim` and execute `Snacks.picker.icons()`
3. or use `allaman/emoji.nvim` to use emoji in markdown and execute `require('telescope').load_extension('emoji').emoji`
### Expected Behavior
Some icons of nerd font cannot be shown in the emulator as I think because it behave same with before verison.
but emoji doesn't

In `windows terminal v1.22.10352.0`
In `windows terminal v1.21.10351.0`
