Add an option to split font ligatures based on color change

I would like a feature to split font ligatures whenever there is a color change between the characters that make up a ligature. WezTerm does this as shown below.

Both are using JetBrains Mono Nerd Font.

Not sure if there is a feature request already for this.

# Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Ideally it would be on by default but a toggle option may be preferred.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating Windows Terminal’s existing font-ligature handling and its option or configuration surface; done means the requested color-change splitting behavior is implemented with the chosen default or toggle and verified against the shown examples.
