Description

_PROBABLY_ not 1.20 related, but something else?
Open a terminal that's 97 columns wide, then split a pane with cmd, s.t. the new pane is 46 columns wide.

The cursor in the second pane starts on the wrong line?

Note also: the second line of the Microsoft copyright notice at the top wraps onto the third row, and there's no gap between copyright and prompt.

I observed this on 1.19.10821.0

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the issue by opening a 97-column terminal, splitting a 46-column cmd pane, and checking the cursor and wrapped copyright notice; done means the cursor starts on the correct line and the notice and prompt have correct spacing.
