Research direction

Reproduce the issue by uninstalling Visual Studio 2022 Preview and comparing removed profiles with the taskbar jump list. Trace the Windows Terminal code that updates jump-list entries when profiles are removed. Done means profiles removed from Terminal no longer remain in the taskbar jump list.
