Research direction

Reproduce the issue on Windows Terminal 1.19.10302.0 using the provided curl.exe command and Korean text URL on Windows build 10.0.22621.3155. Compare the expected and actual screenshots; no source file or test is identified in the report, so done means Korean text renders correctly without the reported visual corruption.
