- set cursor blinkrate to slowest in system control -> keyboard
- choose block cursor in windows terminal
- open a powershell prompt and start typing
Expected Behavior
Cursor shouldn't blink during typing, if the cursor blinkrate is set to the slowest
Actual Behavior
Cursor blinks during typing
left: blinking (latest preview version)
right: normal behavior as expected (previous versions)
