Research direction

Reproduce the issue in Windows Terminal 1.12.2931.0 using the listed Ctrl+mousewheel and Duplicate Tab steps. Trace the Duplicate Tab handling and compare the adjusted font size with the profile default; done means the duplicated tab opens with the original tab's font size.
