Description

This case has been noted while trying to implemente the TreeView Widget. Seems like if an element on the tree has aria-expanded the navigation is stopped. Something related to this PR https://github.com/microsoft/tabster/pull/152

Here's a reproduction: https://codesandbox.io/s/serene-satoshi-klc49q?file=/example.tsx

Research direction

Start with the CodeSandbox reproduction and compare its TreeView behavior with the ARIA TreeView pattern. Read the related pull request #152 to understand the existing navigation handling; done means arrow-key navigation continues to work when a tree element has aria-expanded.
