Description

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I'd like to have a WinGet configuration so I can get my development environment setup the right way.

Scenario when this would be used?

When I clone the project, I should be able to run the WinGet configuration to set up my developer environment.

.configurations/configuration.dsc.yaml
