Description

I'm following the MS deploy guide here. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/start-stop-vms/deploy

I'm deploying this to my visual studio dev subscription and trying to deploy in UKSouth. I've confirmed I have owner privs on the subscription. The deployment says is completes successfully but when I go to the resource group there are no logicapps like in the deployment guide.
