Duplicate resource groups are showing up under Managed Resources

Steps to Reproduce
I deployed an SRE Agent via a BICEP template. I went to the managed resources and removed a resource so that I could change it to be read/write access. When I added the resource back it showed duplicate resources for the other resources.
Expected Behavior
Duplicate resource groups should not display
Actual Behavior
Duplicate resources are displaying
