Description

Issue Description
We were adding two big Repositories and then the whoel SRE Agent is struggling and the portal not loading anymore.

After several reloads it is possible and the Repo syncs are on error and we see the error:

fatal: Unable to create temporary file '/home/appuser/sreagent/terminalRoot/codeRefs/confex-meetingapi/.git/objects/pack/tmp_pack_XXXXXX': No space left on device
fatal: fetch-pack: invalid index-pack output

Image

Thread ID
Paste the thread ID from the SRE Agent portal. (e.g., 50f7521d-dfee-487e-9188-5abdc8adde91)

Steps to Reproduce
Add huge Repos

Expected Behavior
Would be great if we can add Repos - maybe it would help here to select Branches and then the system continues working ;-)

Actual Behavior
We cannot Load the SRE Agent Portal anymore, no Threads are shown, Settings are empty...

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the failure with two large repositories and inspect the reported Git sync error and portal behavior; done means repository addition no longer exhausts available storage or leaves the portal unusable, with the expected branch-selection behavior defined.
