[Feature] SRE should ship with the following out of the box knowledge entries

The SRE actually doesn't come with knowledge about itself.

## Current workaround

Time is spent 'discovering' itself.

## Proposed approach

With more design, and current issues part of its base/out of the box knowledge, the tool will be more 'ready to go'

Read the linked SRE overview, microsoft/sre-agent repository, and its current issues to identify what self-knowledge entries are needed and how knowledge is represented. The work is done when the agreed entries and their scope are defined, added to the agent's out-of-the-box knowledge, and verified through the relevant knowledge or agent tests.
