Description
## Feature description
We use Azure monitor as our incident platform. But Service now is a very good source of correlating information.
However, it doesn't look like there is a non incident connector for service now.
## Use case
Azure monitor triggers an alert, which SRE sees.
Is there a change ticket in Service now? a Maintenance window? an existing companywide issue already reported?
Azure monitor is a very tight/technical/quick platform for incidents. It is the correct place to set SRE incident platform for scanning/monitoring. However, there is a wealth of related information in ServiceNow. the rest of the IT organization is using it.
## Current workaround
Raw Rest against SN apis. :(
## Proposed approach
create a non incident platform Service now connector

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing existing datasource connector implementations and their tests, then compare their integration and authentication patterns with the ServiceNow REST APIs. Done means Azure SRE Agent can query ServiceNow as a datasource without treating it as the incident platform.
