Issue Description
monitor -> resource mapping is blank Subscription filter only shows subscription where the agent is deployed doesn't show allow me to select any of the subscriptions where my resources are.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Setting up SRE agent
2. Added resources under settings -> Managed Resources (added both resource group(s) and subscription.
3. confirmed agent knows about the resources
4. go to monitor -> resource mappings

Expected Behavior
resource mapping should list the resources it knows about

nothing shows
