Research direction
Start by reviewing the reported SSRS migration context: SQL Server 2016 and 2019, Reporting Services Manager, and the restored ReportServer and ReportServerTempDB databases. Examine the linked SSRS_error screenshot and identify the missing information needed to reproduce “Could not load folder contents”; done requires a confirmed resolution for the migrated reports.
