Research direction
Start by inspecting WideWorldImporters.Application.StateProvinces.StateProvinceName and compare the Massachusetts value with the other state names. Determine whether the [E] suffix is intentional or a data typo; done means the value's status is confirmed and, if erroneous, the anomalous suffix is removed.
