Description
After installing the "WideWorldImporters-Standard.bacpac" file on an Azure SQL Database, I'm executing the data generation script per instructions:
EXECUTE DataLoadSimulation.PopulateDataToCurrentDate
@AverageNumberOfCustomerOrdersPerDay = 60,
@SaturdayPercentageOfNormalWorkDay = 50,
@SundayPercentageOfNormalWorkDay = 0,
@IsSilentMode = 1,
@AreDatesPrinted = 1;
The following error occurs:
Msg 15517, Level 16, State 1, Procedure DataLoadSimulation.ChangePasswords, Line 0 [Batch Start Line 0]
Cannot execute as the database principal because the principal "dbo" does not exist, this type of principal cannot be impersonated, or you do not have permission.

Research direction
The report names WideWorldImporters-Standard.bacpac and DataLoadSimulation.PopulateDataToCurrentDate, with the failure occurring in DataLoadSimulation.ChangePasswords. Start by reproducing the script on Azure SQL Database and inspect the installation instructions and database-principal handling. Done means the documented data-generation path runs without the dbo principal error.
