Description
Hello,
In the readme.md file, you say :
Run the scripts in SSMS
- Open SSMS.
- Connect to the target SQL Server.
- Open the script in a new query window.
- Run the script.
That is quite right, and it is even quick at execution.
But ... you forgot to say, as 3 and a half, that the user has to read the first lines of the script, first.
(There is no section existing for remarks, is there ? So an issue seemed the nearest interface to bring this message.)

Research direction
Open readme.md and locate the “Run the scripts in SSMS” section. Review the first lines of the referenced scripts and add the missing instruction for users to read them before running; the README should clearly include this step.
