Description
SymCrypt exposes a SymCryptHash that takes in an algorithm and other parameters in order to do a hash. Adding support for this would be a good onboarding ticket.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing Rust wrappers in rust-symcrypt and inspect the SymCryptHash API and its algorithm and parameter requirements. Compare those requirements with the wrapper's current hashing support. Done means generic hashing through SymCryptHash is exposed in an idiomatic Rust interface with appropriate coverage.
